The Institute has made the self-evaluation and peer review every year since 1993. In addition, the institute makes annual plans and annual reports every year since the corporatization in 2004. The bureau was opened in 2007 for the purpose of more efficient evaluation processes. The bureau also takes care of inter-institutional events.
