Announcement for the opening of Student Room for NIPS Sokendai-students

Dear All
The student room will be opening for the convenience of Sokendai-students in NIPS
on June 3rd 2013 mainly to provide a place for E-learning work, though you can use
the room as a place to study, to refresh yourself, to have a chat or meeting with your
comrades. Sokendai Brain Science Joint Project Secretariat is also located here.
Place: NIPS Myodaiji 2F. Room No.231 ( next to EXIT )
Equipment: 1 table with 6 chairs, 3 worktables with 3 chairs,
3 computers with Internet connection
Hours of operation: the room is unlocked.
*** A secretariat is stationed from 8:30-15:30 on weekdays.***
If you would like to use the room for your personal use or a meeting, visit the NIPS Room Reservation Site; http://www.nips.ac.jp/cgi-bin/resroom/resroom2.cgi.
After making a reservation, please let the secretariat know the detail ( Purpose, the number of the people, Need of computer ) of the reservation to the address below.
