Refund Policy
Cancellation by April 30 , 2009(JST) : 100% - handling fee
Cancellation by June 30, 2009(JST) : 50% - handling fee
On-line registration will be available from Dec. , 2008.
Pre-registration has been closed.(Jul. 8 , 2009)
On-site Registration will be accepted at the registration desk.

Credit Card
If you choose to make a payment by Credit Card, you may proceed to a website
for on-line payment after submitting registration form. Credit card trasaction
is entrusted to J-payment Inc.

Wire Transfer/ Bank Transfer
Payment by Wire Transfer("Ginko-Furikomi") is available ONLY
within Japan.(*If you have not any bank account in Japan, please make payment
by credit card.)
The account for wire transfer is in Mizuho Bank.
If you choose to make payment by Wire Transfer ("Ginko-Furikomi"),
please complete payment after you receive more detailed information on
the confirmation mail for "Registration" from PAT-CVR office. Please bear each one to the bank transfer fee.
You will receive the confirmation mail for "Payment" after we verify your payment is completed. If you don't receive
the confirmation mail for Payment within one week after you complete transaction,
please contact to us .
