肉薄パイプの製作方法

Manufacturing method for thin-walled pipes

Summary	When making labware, it is sometimes necessary to prepare pipes of optimal size. When a commercial pipe cannot be used, you must convert it to the optimal size using a machine tool. However, it is difficult to produce pipes with thin walls. A method for manufacturing thin walled pipes is explained here.
用途	実験器具を自作する際に、最適サイズのパイプを用意する必要がある。市販のパイプが使用できない場合には、工作機器を使用して最適サイズに加工しなければならない。その時には、旋盤を使用するが、薄い壁のパイプを加工するには、テクニックを要する。その方法をこのデータベースに登録されているカルチャースタンドを例に解説する。
特徴	汎用旋盤及びフライス盤を使用して加工を行う。この方法を行えば、樹脂製の肉厚1mm程度のパイプの製作が可能である。
