あらかじめ頭蓋にビスを固定しておく。 チューブ内にマウスを入れ固定アーム先端の穴に頭蓋のビスを通して固定する。 固定台のビスを調整し、固定台を前後左右に傾斜させ希望のアングルにする。 固定台上部は、実験後の消毒が容易なように塩ビ製とした。 |
