The FWHM (full width at half maximum ) was measured from the line profile data of the focal position of a fluorescence bead image for the purpose of measuring the resolution of 2 photon microscopes or a confocal microscope. To automate it, and plug-ins created using public domain image processing software called NIH Image J. |
