Guests may be registered at any time before February 28, 2026; however, early registration is highly encouraged to facilitate conference planning. If your guest will not attend any of these events, there is no need to register them. Please note that name tags will not be provided to unregistered guests, and a name tag is required for entry to all official events.

Abstract Submission

Submission Period

If you wish to present a poster, please submit your abstract using the template file via the Google Form during the submission period. A few presenters will be selected for short talks. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us: NeuroWinterSummit@gmail.com

Abstract Format

  • Font: Times or Times New Roman
  • Title: Bold, 14 point
  • Authors
  • Affiliation: (Affiliation, City, Country)
  • Body: Single spaced, 12 point
  • Abstracts must be no more than 2,300 characters,
    including punctuation(spaces not counted).
    Figures and tables can be inserted.
  • Poster board size:
    2100w × 900h (mm),
    82.7w x 35.4h (inches)
  • Use the provided template.
