The fee includes the following events:
- Welcome event on the 23rd
- Sake and hors d’oeuvres on the 25th

If you wish to present a poster, please submit your abstract using the template file via the Google Form during the submission period. A few presenters will be selected for short talks. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at: WNSummit@nips.ac.jp
Abstract Format
- Font: Times or Times New Roman
- Title: Bold, 14 point
- Authors
- Affiliation: (Affiliation, City, Country)
- Body: Single spaced, 12 point

Abstracts must be no more than 2,300 characters,
including punctuation(spaces not counted).
Figures and tables can be inserted. - Poster board size: 2100w × 900h
- Use the provided template.
