Registration Fees
Early Bird Registration:July 1st - December 31st, 2025
| Overseas Speaker Fee | US$600 |
| Overseas Guest Fee | US$300 |
| Domestic Speaker Fee | 80,000 yen |
| Domestic guest Fee | 35,000 yen |
The fee includes the following events:
- Welcome event on the 23rd
- Sake and hors d’oeuvres on the 25th
- Gala dinner on the 26th
