Your travel package should be finalized till the beginning of May. We e-mail you the total expense including fees for registration, meal coupons and the travel package right after it. Pay it by bank transfer or PayPal before May 7th. We post you the domestic flight e-ticket by airmail then. We accept your cancellation only before May 24th.
