2) Institute Lodges
If you wish to stay at Institute lodge, please notify us room type, dates, number of people and the date you need breakfast using application form via your registration e-mail (cortex@nips.ac.jp), or in a separate e-mail by July 14th. Rooms in lodges are limited (about 40 rooms). The speakers and poster presenters have priority to reserve Institute lodges till Friday, June 9.
Breakfast will be served for you at staff cafeteria 'Sungria' from 8 a.m. for 420 yen. You can also order your breakfast at reception desk by lunch time on a day before.
Cancellation is free of charge till Thursday, July 20. After July 21 you must pay entire charge by bank transfer for cancellation and no show.
Institute lodge reservation will open Monday, May 1 and will close Friday, July 14, 2006.
For poster presenters and speakers, priority reservation will close Friday, June 9.
Mishima Lodge: 1 minute walk from OCC

3) To invited foreign speakers:
You are invited to stay at apartment of Mishima lodge by the workshop office. Please e-mail us your prefered room type listed in 5), dates, number of people and the date you need breakfast using application form for invited speakers.
4) To poster presenters, invited Japanese speakers:
If you prefer to stay at Institute lodge, you have a priority for reservation of Institute lodge before June 9th. Please e-mail us your prefered room type, dates, number of people and the date you need breakfast using application form.
If you prefer to stay at local hotel, please make reservation by yourself and let us know name of the hotel.
5) Apartment of Mishima lodge may be available for invited speakers. The rooms are limited.
