Instructions for presentations
【Oral presentations】
For your oral presentations excluding special lectures you have 25 minutes followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. The oral presentation will be accurately timed, so make sure you finish in time.
Please bring your own PC.
【Poster presentations】
Poster boards will be 160 centimeters height x 90 centimeters wide.
You should set up your poster by Noon on 18 Nov.
You should be available for questions and discussion near your poster during the lunch breaks as much as possible.
【Abstruct submission】
All presenters are required to submit abstracts. The format of abstract can be downloaded from https://www.nips.ac.jp/oscillology/blog/news/.
Abstracts should be submitted in English in Word files. They should be sent by email to oscillology@gmail.com. Due date for submission is 4 Oct 17:00 in Japan time.
