Banquet

Dates : June 24th(Mon) 18:30 ∼
Place : Okazaki Conference Center (Conference Room B)

· Register banquet with the registration form and pay the fee to our bank account during
  the registration period.
· We do not accept cancellation.

Banquet Fee

[Early-registration period : April 1st∼May 19th]
    General : 5,500JPY, Student : 3,500JPY

[Standard-registration period：May 20th～June 14th]
    General : 6,500JPY, Student : 4,500JPY


Lunch

· There is no cafeteria in the Okazaki conference center.
· We place an order lunch box (bento with drink, 600 yen) for you. Click the order button in the registration form.
· We may accept your lunch box order before 10:00 am on each day.
· We have J's Kichen (cafeteria) in Myodaiji campus. It takes about 5 minutes to walk.


How to pay

· Please pay fees by May 19th for early registration, by June 14th for standard registration.
· Transfer your fees to our bank account.
· We accept your payment in cash at our office: Division of Cerebral Circuitry, NIPS (5F west, Yamate No.2 bldg).
· We accept your payment in cash at reception during conference after the deadline, June 14th.
· If you do not receive confirmation e-mail after your payment, please contact our office: cortex@nips.ac.jp.

Cancelation

· We appreciate your notification if you wish to cancel your registration to cortex@nips.ac.jp.
