· The fee includes consumption tax (10%) and hot spring tax (150 JPY)
· Japanese style lunch box will be served on the Jan 30th and 31st.
· To stay in the type A room by two people, an extra room charge (16,500 JPY/night, with taxes) is
   added to the room.If you wish so, let us know with comments box in the registration form.
· To stay in a room in Annex Yurakuan by one person or two persons, an extra room charge (11,000 JPY/night,
   with taxes) is added to the room. Hope you understand number of the room is limited.

· You can place an order of drink for the dinner.
   Please pay it by yourself at your check out. We provide one free drink for the dinner.
· We appreciate for your refrain from cancelation or any change.

Excursion

Snow Monkey Tour

Dates : January 31th(Fri) 9:00 - 11:30
Place : JIGOKUDANI YAEN-KOEN
· It takes 10 minutes by bus. We walk along a trail for about 30 minuets (1600 meters)
after entering into the Snow Monkey Park.
· Be sure to make you warm with winter jacket and snow shoes/snow boots/warm shoes for icy path.

Enjoy Skiing

Dates : February 1st(Sat)
Place : ShigaKogen Ski Area

· Please tell us your lodging night (either on Jan 31st or on Jan 31 & Feb 1st) for ski excursion using
the registration form.
· We may move to the ski lodge in Shiga-kogen area after the conference in the late afternoon
on the Jan 31st.
· We inform the hotel information to the ski excursion applicant.
