We plan to hold the meeting as a hybrid event with on-site and online participation.
However, we will review the Institute of Physiological Sciences Action Guidelines and the infection situation nationwide prior to the event, and if the situation is unfavorable, we will change to an online-only event.
At the venue, we would like to ask the participants to prevent infection (hand disinfection upon entry, wearing of masks, checking that participants do not have abnormalities such as fever, cough, or abnormal taste, and that they are not in close contact with infected people, etc.).
Those suspected to be at high risk or in poor physical condition may be denied participation.
Regardless of whether you participate on-site or online, you must pre-register to receive an ID and PW for the online meeting.
Only those who have pre-registered will receive the ID and PW for the online meeting, which will be conducted as a closed meeting (see "Registration" page).

Depending on the situation, there is a possibility that the on-site meeting may be cancelled and all the meeting may be held online.
In such a case, please bear the cancellation fee for travel, accommodation, and other expenses.
