After a brief introduction to the structuring of imaging facilities in France, a scientific problem addressed on the platform and an image processing solution will be presented. The biological illustration concerns tunneling nanotubes (TNTs) and how we manage to image these nanometric structures with a photonic microscope. Secondly, an illustration of a Deep Learning image processing workflow will be discussed.
