| 要旨 |
Our lab recently published a large electron microscopic data set of human cortex (Shapson-Coe et al., Science, 2024). In this talk I will summarize the electron microscopy methods we used for this study and highlight some of the main findings. I will also give an update on further results from the data set since its publication, in particular related to the connectivity of Chandelier and Double Bouquet neurons in the data set.
