Please make an appointment for a counseling hospital by yourself by a telephone or FAX and inform them that you are a SOKENDAI student.
When you make an appointment, please fax the copy of the student ID. Also, please show your student ID at the counseling hospital. If you do not present your student ID card, you will not be able to take advantage of SOKENDAI Mental Health Counseling Services.
