| Outline | In this lecture, the structure of protein and its structure determination method are outlined. Currently, X-ray, NMR, and cryo-electron microscopy are available as methods for determining protein structure. Explain the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Furthermore, explain where and how soluble proteins and membrane proteins perform their biological functions. |
